Yve Sia
Head Consultant/Founder
Hope Lymphatic Therapy is led by Mdm Yve Sia, with more than 10 years of Lymphedema Management experience as an Occupational Therapist at SGH as well as years of private practice experience in Singapore, supporting patients with lymphedema, post-surgery swelling, and recovery after plastic or breast cancer-related procedures.
Years ago, she founded Yve Lymphatic Therapy, where she worked closely with patients, working closely with several hospital doctors such as Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles and Mount Alvernia etc..
Many patients came not just because they wanted recovery, but because they needed specialised support during a vulnerable stage of healing.
With her 4 home schooled kids gradually grown up as well as equipped with her Dr Vodder certification, she is returning to this work with Hope Lymphatic Therapy with a renewed purpose: to provide calm, professional, and patient-centred lymphatic therapy for those who need careful support.
Dr Vodder Certified Lymphedema Management
For many patients, swelling is not just physical. It affects how they move, dress, sleep, exercise, and feel about their body after surgery or treatment.
Hope Lymphatic Therapy exists to walk with patients through this stage — with professionalism, empathy, and practical care.
Yve Sia is Dr Vodder-certified in Lymphedema Management, manual lymphatic drainage and has vast experience supporting patients with lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, and recovery-related concerns.

The Dr. Vodder Approach to Lymphatic Care
The lymphatic system plays a vital role in maintaining fluid balance, supporting immune function, and facilitating the body's natural healing processes. When the lymphatic system is compromised by surgery, cancer treatment, trauma, or chronic conditions, swelling and discomfort can occur.
At Hope Lymphatic Therapy, our treatments are guided by the internationally recognised Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). We believe that effective lymphatic care requires specialised assessment, gentle manual techniques, and a personalised treatment plan tailored to each individual's needs.
Our Approach is Built on Four Core Principles
1. Comprehensive Assessment
Every patient is unique. We carefully evaluate your medical history, condition, symptoms, and recovery goals to develop an appropriate treatment strategy.
2. Gentle, Evidence-Based Treatment
The lymphatic system responds best to precise, rhythmic, and gentle techniques. Effective lymphatic therapy is never about force, but about working with the body's natural physiology.
3. Individualised Care Plans
Whether you are managing lymphedema, recovering from breast surgery, or healing after cosmetic procedures, your treatment plan is tailored specifically to your stage of recovery and clinical needs.
4. Long-Term Management and Education
Successful outcomes extend beyond the treatment room. We empower patients through education, compression therapy guidance, exercise recommendations, and self-management strategies to support lasting results.
